You seem like a good guy but I would recommend improving your playtime. I added up your total playtime on Gametracker to 11,371 minutes or 189 hours on your main account. This would help you learn the rules more thoroughly and on ways you will be able to help people. I also believe that 2 weeks playtime (339 hours) is recommended to submitting a mod application...
