just because it helped YOU, doesn't mean it helps others, everyone is different, some people can't take a lot of it.
just because it helped you improve doesn't mean that it will help others improve as well, stressed out people don't tend to improve when they are pointed out what they do wrong, they want to hear what they do good, that keeps them from getting too stressed and will improve their overall performance with their staff duties

all that most lead team members do right now (mainly looking at morgan) is bashing staff into the ground
stop doing the bashing and start complimenting! stop making them feel bad and start making them feel good about the things they do good!

saying "good job" takes 2 seconds,

Or am i not realizing that suddenly you need 1 person to say the bad stuff, and another to say the good stuff...
