all that most lead team members do right now (mainly looking at morgan) is bashing staff into the ground

saying "good job" takes 2 seconds,
bashing someone into the ground about things they did wrong (which is what happens a lot) takes a lot longer

yes of course i do, i've been staff myself and i know there is a lot of staff, but keep in mind that it's a real stressful job, only hearing people say shit about you only makes it so much worse and makes them feel bad, someone who feels bad is more likely to fuck up aswell, make them feel good for once , don't go too bad on them if they fuck up, tell them it's alright just don't do it again, don't instantly bash them into the ground!
