all that most lead team members do right now (mainly looking at morgan) is bashing staff into the ground
stop doing the bashing and start complimenting! stop making them feel bad and start making them feel good about the things they do good!

saying "good job" takes 2 seconds,
bashing someone into the ground about things they did wrong (which is what happens a lot) takes a lot longer

I'd say the same to you, do you realize how much SSRP staff there are?

But if your telling someone something they did wrong, how hard is it to tell them something they did good at the same time.
Or am i not realizing that suddenly you need 1 person to say the bad stuff, and another to say the good stuff...

I see admins on SSRP complimenting each other and helping each other in that assistance more, which is 1 reason as of, why the admin team tend to be close.
