all that most lead team members do right now (mainly looking at morgan) is bashing staff into the ground
stop doing the bashing and start complimenting! stop making them feel bad and start making them feel good about the things they do good!
saying "good job" takes 2 seconds,
bashing someone into the ground about things they did wrong (which is what happens a lot) takes a lot longer
I'd say the same to you, do you realize how much SSRP staff there are? I don't believe the lead team is here to just baby people 24/7.
