It was still little to no work on your part, the head admin roll unfortunately isn't that easily comparable to a staircase like you're trying to make it seem with the whole "Taking 1 step at a time to improve". You only "kinda still like" the server? From the way you're wording it, it sounds like your interest is hanging on by a thread for the server, and your activity honestly reflects that.

After the multiple official warnings, weeks of inactivity proceeding each one, this definitely was not an instant demotion. Your activity was low, the work you put in reflected it, what would the point of demoting you to Moderator or Administrator be if this sort of behavior had been continuous?

We gave you so many chances, 10 to 11 weeks at the most, we are there to help you to an extent, but this was just completely crossing the line and at the end of the day we had to take action.

At the end of the day, you were given multiple official warnings, countless weeks to work with the issues and hopefully come out on top of them with improved activity and getting back to helping out the servers - but we saw little to nothing from you at the end of the day. You were a great staff member Akemi, but during these past 10 weeks it's felt you've only drifted away from the team, lost interest playing other steam games, and at the end of the day we had to take action. This demote appeal is not fair to any of us and only selfish.

And this is why so many people dislike like you Morgan, it's the attitude and the fact that you only see the bad in people and never seem to take the time to help others improve in the areas they may be lacking knowledge or skill. Stop with the constant criticisms and actually support people when support is needed.

I don't get why some people don't understand that being blunt is not the same as being rude or heartless, sure sometimes it can hurt your feelings but ultimately Morgan wants what's best for the server no? Seeing flaws is better than pointing out perfections since it leads to improvement.

And pointing out things that the staff member does well ultimately makes them more confident no?

I think pointing out weaknesses and allowing them to work on them builds them up which is the ultimate goal, self improvement.

But constantly pestering someone and talking about the same weaknesses really isn't going to help much, as it'll make them more likely to just be annoyed, rather than improve.
