You deserved to be demoted without a shadow of a doubt;

• Multiple Official Warnings.
• Continued inactivity for many weeks. (8+)
• Lack of input in meetings, with minimal attendance.
• Constantly playing other games.
• Didn't improve when given the opportunity.

Overall we can see that this demotion wasn't sudden or out of the blue, you were given plenty of warning and time to improve. I really can't believe that you have appealed this, you can't say you weren't seeing this, it shocks me that you think you deserve another chance. After many official warnings you don't deserve to be given another chance. Staff should see you as a role model, not an inactive staff member who only plays on other games.
