No offence but I definatly think the app needs alot more work and detail in it especially since u missed an entire section "why should I be chosen" well to me it looks empty but maybe I'm blind either way maybe add something there to sell yourself "not in a weird way" in a way to make the members of the staff team think u are needed and would be a perfect member to come back and also to show u actually want the staff position
