Reason - (What rules did the person break?) Scary Chicken= NLR and Mass CDM in Spawn, SadGuy= PropPush kpa6= using that jumping thing as a proppush.
Story - (What happened?) Well I was doing some item-o-matic shit at spawn, Sadguy proppushed a lambo into spawn and Scary Chicken died, then he used the lambo and went on a hit and run but didn't run, just continued to run people over. Kpa6 used that jumping thing to proppush the lambo killing another person I believe (watch carefully in the video, it shows that it was definitely him and what he did.
