If there is any issue it'd be the fact that you can be a bit... cranky, at times? I know it might sound a little weird, but nobody has ever been harmed by a little messing around.

Try to be more... positive, if you can. I wouldn't want you to completely abandon your personality - it's also the crankiness that we love about you - but if you could at the very least try to complain a bit less about the things you don't like that'd be great.

As far as I know, that is the single thing holding you back currently.
