This is probably the strongest -Support I'll ever give, he is completely and utterly unfit for staff, completely immature and the few times when he actually does something well are completely taken out of the picture by his repeated failures. Sorry for being so blunt but this is my honest opinion, on the upside however he does seem to be fairly competent when it comes to doing F1s.
