Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: rdm is when player A kills player B for no valid RP reason

Give an example: player A is walking around minding his own bussines and player B kills him for no valid RP reason

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: NLR means that if you get killed in a certain district you can't return to that district for 3 minutes. for example if you are raiding a base as a gangster,hobo or thief and you get killed during the raid you can't come back to that district for 3 minutes because you forget everything in a new life (so to speak)

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

I would teleport them to a roof and tell player Y that RDM is not acceptable and give him a verbal warning, when i teleport him back i would spectate him and see if he learned from it and if i see him doing it again i would give him a warning.

Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

Same as above.I would tell player Y that NLR is not acceptable and give him a verbal warning. when i teleport him back i would spectate him to see if he learned from it. if he didn't learn from it i would take him to a sit and warn him for not obbeying the zarp rules.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words):
i can play 9+ hours a day on the servers and i am always in for justice in any form. My goal is too keep the zarp servers grow and let the players have a good experience when they play on the servers. i would like to keep everyone happy and solve their problems when ever they have a problem. i would check the f1's regularly to see if i can help anybody in the best way i can. because i can be here for allot of hours a day i can always try to help people when they feel they need help and give them the experience they wish when playing on the zarp servers. zarp is my #1 RP server for 6 months now and i am really dedicated to help the zarp servers grow in the best way possible.
