What is Ghosting? and give an example:
Ghosting is when ghosts give information to runners, that may be when there is a multiple choice trap (where you have to choose which door) and a ghost tells them which one it is.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
I would give them a verbal warning, and then an actual warning and tell them not to do it again. If there is a period in between the disrespectful comments than I would give them another warning, if not then I would tell them if they do it again I will be forced to kick you, and do that.

Why I should be chosen:
I think I should be chosen as I believe anyone should have a say and I think carefully about my actions as I understand the consequences of them. I also have experience as I have been an admin on a different death run server which ended abruptly after the owner accused me of something I didn't do.

I am also a calm and understanding person, which I think makes me less likely to punish something for something they haven't done. I get along with people very well, and I love helping people and answering any questions people might have if they are new, or if I have to explain the rules to someone. I also have never had a warning or been banned/kicked.

I understand that I have not been active on the server for that long but I have already got double digits (12 hours as I write this) which are longer than most people who have only been on the server for a couple of weeks.
