Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server: If a user was to be spamming in any sort of way, first they will receive a verbal warning. If the verbal warning does not change their actions they will then be gagged/muted.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: Firstly, they will receive a verbal warning, failing to do so they will then be kicked from the server. If they continue to join the server and repeating the same actions, I will take matters further by banning the user from the server.

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario: Ghosting is when two users on the same server but are on different teams, telling the other where other users are to help them win bets etc. For example, if users were playing prop hunt and a prop mentions to a hunter that a blue can behind a shelf in a different communication platform where nobody can hear them then its classed as ghosting. A way of telling if a player is ghosting is If a hunter continues to know exactly where props are without moving/shooting other props, this is a high indication of ghosting.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): I feel I should be chosen due to the fact that I dedicate my spare time to Steam and the games I have included on my Steam profile. I've never broken any rules nor offend anyone during my time on the server because I know the rules that are implied and know that any inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. I am nearly 18 years of age therefore professional when it comes to meetings, important jobs I have been given and knowing how to approach scenarios in the right manner.

Extra Information: (Not Required) If I am unable to become active on the servers I will try my best to find a way so that I am there when I am needed - If I can not become active for any reason I will make sure Admins/Owners are aware.
