If anything this should either be something the community as a whole should decide upon, or the Community Team alone.
But I'd rather have the community as a whole decide upon this since everyone here clearly seems to be wanting to give their word & Vote in the matter.

I'd like a reason as to why this is a bad idea? I don't want the SSRP lead team to decide upon this one person across the entire community, where the hell is the democratic spirit man?

It's not our role as an SSRP lead team to decide for this one person across the whole communtiy

Because we have a Community Team and Community Managers for a reason. If we let every community dispute be handled by the Community, almost certainly some ridiculous things would happen due to it.

Yet you Americans caused this issue in the first place. Not every community dispute should be handled by the community, but some things should, as it seems the situation isn't ending with a conclusion. You're just afraid of the majority.

Because unfortunately, the majority of people don't know what they're talking about but that's almost every population if they all had democratic voting systems. Racism is not okay at the end of the day, if you wish to allow racism i'd suggest another community.

Basically you're calling 99% of ZARP Gaming racist because we don't view the same point as you, good one.
