In Dutch "Spook" means ghost, so if I start talking in Dutch and casually mention a ghost movie I'm suddenly racist????

Also, "Spook" is sometimes also an actual name people have. Are they suddenly racist for having parents that gave them their name?
Keep in mind that this is not a Dutch speaking community and that its an English one.

And keep in mind, the original english language, the original place of the english language, has NOT ever had that word as a Racial slur.
the word "Spook" in the english language, is todo with a ghost/scare. and that dates to a very long time ago, which is still it's definition today, AND even in the English dictionary is listed with that, NOT a definition, that simulated from america.
If we're taking that argument wouldn't that make a vast majority of very common racial slurs allowed then?
Name one
The N word was never in the original English language and had a racially offensive definition formed over a time.
Thanks to *insert-reason-here* this word is globally considered racist. (at least in the majority of countries)
therefore this won't be allowed. And because there's no way not to use this word in a racial way.
