When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?:
It will be appropriate to use the ban command when someone:
1.keeps saying racial things such as rascist jokes or slurs
2.repeated punishment avoid (someone who got muted leaves to remove the punishment)
3.repeated mic/chat spam
4.hacking/cheating
5.mass disrespect

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?: one time there was this annoying kid that kept mic spamming and every time I warned and gagged him he would leave and join back to remove his punishment. No staff that were admin and abouve weren't online so I just had to keep gagging him and warning him until he gave up.

Why I should be promoted: (We recommend around 75 words)
I think I should be promoted because I have been moderater for at least 1 month and I handle drama very well. I have been to at least 6-7 meetings. I have decent activity and I'm online quite often. I have plenty of experience from being a ex-admin on a previous server that I didn't really like much so I resigned. Plus I have plenty of experience from being mod for 1 month and I have had no mistakes made or any warnings. Overall I think I'm ready to be promoted
