I'm struggling to understand how this kid is even mod, I understand if you sometimes minge around or are not always serious but this is on another level. This guy's level of maturity is below my 11 year old brother's and I consider him to act his age. I don't even know him that well but from what I've seen of him he shouldn't even be staff. He may be a nice guy and all but definitely not suited to his current position or any other position within the staff team.
