When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?:
The !Ban command is only supposed to be used in extreme cases for example if someone is mass rule breaking and then Leaves To Avoid Punishment (LTAP) then the admin would be allowed to ban that user. But the ban command can also be used when a player is being mass disrespectful for example the user is being mass racist or sexist or any way of discriminating or harassing people this would be a deserving ban.Also if someone is mass mic and chat spamming and mic spamming and after they get muted are then spamming admin chat they are deserving of a ban.all of these examples are deserving of a ban but, their are more ways to go around it if you want to be more lenient, but their are a lot of more ways to deserve a ban but obviously i can't list them all.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?:
One time when I was a moderator I encountered a user who was mass disrespectful calling me every name under the sun, I then muted his mic he then continued in chat then I gagged him so he couldn't say anything he then started to spam traps and admin chat with profane and offensive words so I had to kick him until he decided to leave and stop. If I was to be a moderator again and be encountered with this same scenario either I would have to do the same thing or try to get an admin+ on, but if I was to get a promotion I would just be able to ban him from the server so he couldn't offend or hurt anyone.

Why I should be promoted:
Why should I be promoted, I have a lot of reasons really I am only going to list a few because I don't want to keep you here forever aha, I feel my time as a user has really shown me how much I could help the server, because when I am online I encounter several rule breakers most of the time I do report it but when no staff are online I either tell them to not do it or I tell a staff member to come online, and obviously this is the best thing I can do for now. But if you accept me I promise I will put 110% of my work into being an active staff member if this is within the forums or in game I will use my previous experience of DeathRun Moderator and Administrator to my advantage and work as hard as I can to make the server a better place for new or returning users. I would be a great addition to the DeathRun Staff Team because of my experience and also with my determination and love for the server i wish to make this one of Zarp's most popular servers.
Also with my Current experience as a Dark RP Administrator and my Years+ worth of experience as a DeathRun would make me a more valuable candidate then the next person.

Thanks for reading my application, I just want to say i am extremely sorry about my activity and I am still working on it and will hope for it to be way much better by the end of the week, but i am also Administrator on Dark RP so I need to dedicate my time evenly between servers.
