Suggestion Title: Add a "Most thank you's given" statistic

How would it benefit the server Raeker: Well, he thank you's every post he sees and I think he needs to be appreciated more for going through the effort of left clicking.

Potential Issues/Exploits: Someone could overtake Raeker, and when/if this does happen, their forum account can be deleted.
