Trust
During the time of me being a staff member i have built a lot of trust and respect with in the community. I have never abused my powers to harm users and i never intend on doing it. My current & former staff positions with in the community are: Ex - SURF Super Administrator (Current SURF Admin) obviously SSRP Super Administrator, Forum Section Moderator in 2 sections and Team Speak Staff. I feel like with my former position on SURF and my current Super Admin rank on SSRP i would be a well respected and loyal member of not just the staff team but the entire community. I have handled many different situations while being Super Admin and that puts me in a position where i feel like my time and dedication could really thrive my capabilities and allow me to achieve more and Head Admin is one of my next steps. My Forum staff position shows great trust because the forums is probably the most popular server with in the community and can sometimes be difficult to staff and keep track of. All of my current & former staff positions show great maturity and capability to with hold this position and bring what needs to be brought from the staff team. My lead team positions give me a duty to help the staff team and make sure it is in check. As a Super Admin i have done this and brought people up when needed as i do not like people being on a team if they make no effort towards staffing and helping users which is a key thing staffing is about.
Experience
I feel like I have gained a lot of experience as a super administrator. This is because I have now been a super admin for 3 and a half months coming up to the following meeting. People may say that being lead team for this short amount of time is bad however i was LT on SURF before SSRP and also if you take a look at Morgan as a prime example. He was Super Admin no longer than a month and a half and look at him now, yes he is an ex HA but time doesn't determine how good you are at your job. Although i have not been in a Head Admin position on any server before i feel like with all the experience and dedication of my time as the LT positions i could achieve much more than what i am currently limited too. As my time as a Super Admin i have asked others for good feedback on how i can improve and that has thrived me to do so much more and try my hardest. All the feedback helped me improve myself as a lead team member and give me more and more experience. I try my hardest to deal with reports made against staff members and have even had some say while talking to other HA's about Super Admins. I feel like i have never messed up in SSRP while staffing. I feel like with all my experience and feedback i think i would fit into the team and understand how to control the staff team to keep them in line.
Leadership
I feel like i hold multiple leadership capabilities and i know how to focus and use them. This can be seen from my current and former Lead Team positions. On the servers the users and staff looked up to me as a figure to become and a role model that is able to lead the team. I have had many people saying that i should apply for this position as they could see my as it and i thought that i myself could see me becoming this rank. I feel like with my time in the community i have gained a lot of leadership skills that have prepared me for this position. I feel like leadership is one of the main things needed when being such a high position due to all lower ranks looking up to you and taking feedback and watching how you handle situations. I feel like i am a independent leader who can work with people to bring the staff team together when it has to be. In meetings i am fair when voting on demotions and promotions and always get my point as to what i think of the candidate and if they are worthy for the position. If someone is being denied for the wrong reason then i try my best to object and correct the team why i feel otherwise. When handling with staff reports i try to be as fair as possible and the same with dealing with official warnings and demotions. I make sure they completely understand what they have done wrong and how they can improve for the future. I also some days come on primarily to focus on the team and how they handle certain things. If things can be improved i show them how to boost their confidence therefore showing more of my leadership skills.
Personality
My personality has always been very friendly and funny. I never loose my temper especially when i am with others in the community. I try to interact with both users and staff all the time even when not playing amongst the servers. I first became staff back in 2016 and became it to help out the best i could and i still do that till this day. I have a very sensibly sense of humour and can have a laugh at times but can when needed be serious and get the job done while not being immature.
Staff Situations
During my time of being a super admin i have came across multiple different situations and below i will provide some examples:
Staff Reports While being in the Lead Team i have handled many reports against staff members and have even wrote responses to those in which i am not staff on. I handle them with care and fairness and never treat someone with the wrong punishment. Even if they are my friend they will get the same punishment as any other.
Hackers Ever since i have became super admin i have had to deal with a few scum bag hackers and most have them have lied so rip them. One however apologised and turned them off and now i actually see him on and not rule breaking as i spoke with him on a serious level and explained hings which made him understand why hacking is wrong. I think people listen to my words and respect the decisions i lay upon others.
Contacting Staff Members Most weeks i try to contact staff members that are currently inactive or have a low F1 count to usual. I also try to handle as many official warnings and demotions as i can because it shows leadership skills and maturity. When something is needed to be done from the one note i always make sure that it is done. That also means if other LT haven't finished handling something then i will tell them of that.
Training Staff While i have been a super admin i have came across many times when someone has been needing a training for a few hours and no other LT is on so that is mostly when i do training as it can be done as soon as possible and then having a full day not having to still watch rule breakers. It may seem weird to some people but i actually enjoy training people and it builds my confidence and we also have fun sometimes after the training. I make sure i cover everything and even watch them and help them through their first few sits to ensure they are doing things correctly.
My goals as a Head Administrator My goal as a Head Admin is quite simple. You may say oh everyone says that they would like to bring the staff team closer and yes that is primarily what i want but the main thing i will focus on is the Lead Team. In the Lead Team we have situations which can lead to arguments and such things which then pull us apart and not really work as a team. I want to make sure that we know who we are accepting into our Lead Team and that they are properly trained and know how to use their powers to the best of their abilities hoping that if they are so good they apply for Head Admin like myself current. Another goal of mine is to work more as a team on things such as weekly check ups on how the servers are doing and possibly getting feedback each week on how our lead team want our staff team to be ran and if they feel like we are doing a good job as a staff team and i know some will say "oh but they will obviously say it is doing good" well your mistaken because i have been in multiple conversations where some lead team think some improvements could be made in certain places and i agree with them. My main point and focus as a Head Administrator would be to make the Lead Team more of a team than just high ranking staff who are respected as individuals rather than a complete team. You could say i'm trying to build a closer connection with the Lead Team and staff team to ensure everyone is ok and knows what and when they should be doing things.
