Explain how you feel that your time as a Moderator will contribute to you becoming an Admin:

I've enjoyed my time as a moderator a lot and I've been happy to being able to help the server to stay clean of rule breakers. During my time as a moderator I've become familiar with the rules of the server and I've dealt with many kinds of problems. I've also seen admins and higher ranked people in action and got some feedback, which has taught me some new things. I feel that I have good standing in this community as a mod and as an admin I would be able to better serve the community.

Explain a situation in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

I would ban a player for couple days who keeps breaking rules and doesn't seem to learn from the warnings he has been receiving. If they come back and proceed to breaking rules again, I would ban them for a longer time, like for a week.
People who are hacking and avoiding bans would be banned permanently.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

I would congratulate the new moderator and help him with the ULX and warning menu, by explaining how every single command works and when they should be used. I would explain that a moderator isn't just there to punish rule breakers but also to help players in the server who are new or having issues playing.

Your actions as a moderator reflect on the server, and as a moderator you should follow the rules closely and always be civil to the players and other members of staff. Remember to be active in the community, the server and the teamspeak and attend the meetings every friday.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello player X!

Thank you for making an unban appeal, which you clearly put effort into and you seem to be sincerely sorry for your actions. I've talked to the admin who banned you and we've agreed to lower your ban to one week, because it was your first ban. Please keep in your mind that if you're caught hacking again, you'll be banned permanently and your chances to get unbanned again won't be that high. Make sure to read the rules again which you can find from here and follow them next time you join the server!
Thank you for your time and if you have any questions, feel free to ask me or any other member of the staff.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):

I believe I've been a great help during these two weeks I've been a moderator. I am well known among the community, and feel that being an admin would allow me to serve the community even better. I am very active, helpful on the server and ready to help people with any problem they might have, even outside the game. As a moderator I am not able to deal with the all problems and at times I need to go message higher ranked people so they can ban a player who is not following the rules, which I could be doing by myself.
