How i would handle mic/test spam: I would friendly inform the person responsible for spamming to stop it imediatly. otherwise consequenses could be the case if he/she wont stop. These could end up in muting the mic spammer or even kicking them in case of text spam if they wont stop. Or if worst comes to worst, getting in contact with a higher up to help me solve the problem

How i would deal with exploits: The same way as I would with text/mic spammers if they dont stop the misbehaviour

Explaining of the term ghosting: Revieling the postion of a hiding prop via switching to spectator mode and telling the team via text/mic. or if youre in the same team the simple act of revieling via text/mic

Why I should be choosen: I am a friendly guy who enjoys a good round of prophunt. And I am sure I can improve the gaming quality on your server while online and in charge. i would advice rule-breaking players in a friendly manner to stop their behaviour. also multiply moderators and even the server owner would appreciate it if id apply for this position. so i thought id would give it a try
