What I meant was, if a new player sees a staff member walking along side a rulebreaker and fully allowing them to ruin the RP of others they may think "no point of playing this if the staff don't do their job". All in all if a new player sees this sorta stuff happening it gives a bad first impression and doesn't help the server.
