Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time:
If they were to ask how to surf, i would first explain it to them the basics through text/voice chat. I would ask them if they would like spectate me to show them the buttons used to navigate around the maps, and would spectate them to see what they're doing right/wrong. If they would need further surf assistance, i would link them to a detailed constructive video that would explain it better. Something like this:

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
If somebody were to text/mic spam, i'd issue them an explicit warning. If this warning was not taken into account, and the individual proceeded to text/mic spam, i would then mute/gag them for a period of 5 minutes. If the individual consistently carried on after this, then i'd mute/gag them again for a prolonged period of time. And if after this the STILL spammed, i'd kick them/contact an individual of higher hierarchy to ban them.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
This would depend heavily on what type of exploit has been used. If someone where to (for example) use some sort of mod menu to modify the mechanics of the game for their own benefit, then i'd instantly kick/ban them. However if someone where to identify a glitch within the game, and use it to their own advantage (for instance infinite shop coins) then they'd be deducted with what they gained and would receive a warning. However if an exploit were to be discovered by a member within the server, and they had reported to it to a member of staff, no warning would be issued.

Why I should be chosen:
I believe i should be chosen as i do not believe there is enough admins to asses what is going on in the ZarpGaming Surf server the majority of the time. I believe i have a good sense of authority, and that i can handle heated situations within a voice/text chat very well. I also tend to come on the server in the early hours of the morning, the time at which i rarely ever see staff around to debunk problems that have arised within the server.

I have previously taken the role of a staff member on two other servers, that being a Surf server & a TTT server. I have been surfing on Garry's Mod for just over a year now.
