The thing is, the NLR is not just about not interacting with the district you have died for 3 minutes, which you actually do in some kind, you also need to forget what has happened in your previous life for 3 minutes.

Looking into this video to see you almost going to the same district (and sometimes getting warned by [BREAKING NLR] tag), and trying to look if they are still raiding is pretty much breaking NLR in my honest opinion.
