im going to explain the situation. So, i tp to Smo whilst he is in his base to ask permission to tp him and i get abuse shouted at me from everyone around me so i tp him to a roof and begin to talk to him about why he is being banned. So im on the roof, smo shouts for ChadUbetcha and i tell him to leave because he's not needed (Refuses to). I continue to explain that he is being banned for his recents and Chad steps in and says "the recents given by me arent valid" whereas these recents were for disrespect and you cant declare a punishment invalid just because you dont want the user banned, i tell chad to "leave or im tp'ing you away" and he refuses yet again so i tp him and suprise, suprise he returns. So i decide to ignore chad after this and procede to ban Smo with the reason recent Punishments (11).
