So we have identified that there was unintentional abuse going on here. Morgan was trying to make a joke and he has very clearly stepped over the line. How ever we don't feel like he was being malicious (he didn't run around mas breaking rules or anything like that) unfortunately we can all get a little caught up in trolls sometimes and he made a mistake. We are all humans and we all make mistakes but as long as you learn from those they aren't really mistakes. As long as this never happens again (I will be reworking the command to ensure this doesn't happen again), I don't think we will need any further action. Morgan will be spoken to and this will be brought up in the lead team meeting this week to see if any other action is necessary.
