Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: "Random Death Match" aka "RDM" is when a player kills someone else for no reason, for example a gun dealer walks up to a thief and shoots him. That is "RDM"

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: "New Life Rule" aka "NLR" is when player comes back to his spot of death, for example say a thief is raiding a gangster, the thief kills the gangster then the gangster comes back without waiting the timer at the top of his screen, that is "NLR".

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would check both their activity to see if there was any real reason player y killed player x, if it was "RDM" I would check player y's recent's to see what the punishment would be.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would ask player y why he came back and see why they killed each other in general then look at player y's recent's to see if he has broken "NLR" before, If he did I would warn him, If he didn't I would give him a verbal warning.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words):
I should be chosen because I have experience being staff on other servers, I also know a lot of commands for being a staff member. I will be online at least once a day ( I wasn't online for 2 weeks because I was gone, but I'm back now) I know alot of players on server 1 and 3, that's where i'm most active, I really enjoy this server, I have applied before and got denied for " Recent Warnings " But I have not been in trouble for a long time and I wont get warned anymore. I should also be chosen because I have a lot of experience on this server and I know my way around it, so thanks for considering my application.
