I am glad to see you are trying hard for the Moderator position here at Zarp. However there are a couple of issues I can see.

The first of which is your activity. We recommend 2 weeks of consistent activity and yours is very mixed.

The second is your punishments. Make sure to have no recent punishments before the meeting or the other staff will not be too pleased.
