I'm unsure. You're doing very good currently - you're active on the forums and in the game. I'd appreciate it if you'd show up on Teamspeak more often. I know you don't speak, but talking to the staff team and with others is a big necesity for Lead Team.

Besides that you need to be very outspoken in the meetings (of course I cannot say what you're like in the Prophunt meetings). Try to get your voice heard - although you can't talk - and object if you don't agree with the outcome.

Besides these things I just don't feel like you're quite ready. Don't get me wrong - you're very active and mature when you have to be. I just feel like you need one or two more weeks of experience - but that's only a feeling and one I can't really describe very well. It's more of a personal matter than something you can work on.
