I have looked over your report and I have decided to deny it. Clarky is not in the wrong here as he has dealt with the situation properly and professionally. You were obviously harassing him constantly thus the ban, which is more than valid. If you claim he abused his powers by moving your building sign to raid you, you are supposed to submit proof of that rather than the proof you have shown in the report. Thank you for reporting!
