Although I do think that what joey said to you before the ban was unprofessional and wasn't too necessary i don't think it is enough for me to find a reason for you to be unbanned/time reduced. I feel like you should wait out your time. I do believe you need to show change in attitude towards the staff/community until we can consider this.
