I have talked with Joey and came to the conclusion to deny your appeal.

We both feel you should learn from your mistakes and follow the rules.
Side note: I expect from someone who plays the server for such long time to know the rules and to follow them, I suggest you to wait a bit before appealing your ban again, make sure you go over the rules again so you have healthy knowledge of them.
