Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop: First I would tell them that when they move their mouse left they also need to press a(left) and the same goes for the right, move mouse right preass d(right) and its always a good idea to start off usingw but not to use it when you leave spawn unless you need to start up again.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming: If it is Text spamming I would attempt to warn them through chat then give them a verbal warning... at this point if they have not stopped i would most likely mute them. and give them a warn. considering the fact that this server may not have !warn i may try to contact a higher tier staff member to have input on the situation. If the situation is over a mic spamm i would first vocally warn him and then if they are not stopping i will gag them and then warn them to stop mic spamming... i may give them 1 more chance to come to their senses but if they start again i will contact a higher tier staff member to have input.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: I would first warn them to stop using the exploit through chat and mic... if they do not stop after me warning them to stop i would try to contact an admin or higher tier staff member.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): I feel i should be chosen because i have come on to the server on multiple occasions and realize that there are no staff members online... I attempt to keep everything in order but who is going to listen to some random. I should be bhop moderator because i will help this server get rid of the toxicity and mic spammers. I will try to do everything i can to help this server succed in the long run.

Extra Information: I am only 16, I am American so at times i dont have the best connection, I am obviously still in school so my hours per day may change due to school and when work starts back up, and I have only been with this server for a few weeks but from what I have seen It seems to be one of the better bhop servers out there.
