Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would check the logs and listen to both sides to see what happened before taking action.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart)
I would ask for proof that they broke nlr, if none is given. I will let them off with a warning.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words):I should be chosen because the amount of reports being delayed or ignored is way too high, the server also runs amok when no admins are active/online. I also have dealt with too many rulebreakers on the server and have been a moderator on other servers in the past.
