I have looked over your report and decided to deny this as Tamaninja is not in the wrong here.
In reference to the mug, in the rules it currently states that you can mug anyone anywhere at any given time as long as there is nobody around, which is the case as seen in the video. As for the disrespect, it is not really disrespect I do not know why it is being reported. As for the NLR and TP Abuse, I am going to check with Tamaninja and clarify how it is but we expect staff members to tp to the RDMer and deal with them which would count as breaking NLR.
