Why is that my answer?
I don't feel you are quite ready yet for the staff team since people been saying you got an recent ban but I hope that is not true but I still think you are not ready for the ssrp moderator rank.

Why did you give it a neutral if you think he's not ready?

Because he has some positives

If the negatives outweigh the positives, which is implied by saying he's not ready, then he should be given a negative support imo.
