Explain how you feel that your time as a Moderator will contribute to you becoming an Admin:
I think my time as a Moderator will contribute to me becoming an admin because I have learnt a lot in my time of being a Moderator, whether its the rules or the staff team itself. I have also got to grips with the report system better and can deal with reports better than before.
Explain a situation in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
First off the ban command should only be used as a last resort and not just used because you want to ban someone as you haven't been able to ban before. A situation where it would be acceptable is if someone is mass rule breaking and failing to stop even when told or warned. An example would be if someone is Mass RDMing as they have not got a valid KOS reason. This would then stop the game being ruined and make it much more fun for those following the rules.
If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Hello there [player's name], and congratulations on being voted in onto the Murder Staff team here at Zarp!
I am Aek177 and will be giving you some idea of how we work here with commands etc.
The first thing I will tell you about is the ulx menu.
In the ulx menu, you can see what commands you have. There are different sections, first being the "Chat" section.
The first command being "amute" you can type in chat !amute [player's name] [reason] or do it in the menu. This will stop the player being able to talk in the Admin chat with the @ [message].
The second command is "asay" this is to use the admin chat but is more easily used with @ [message] to communicate with other staff who are online.
The third command is "gag" this will stop a player being able to talk through their mic. This is useful for mic spamming etc.
The fourth command is "mute" this will stop a player being able to type in chat. This is useful for chat spamming etc.
The fifth command is "psay" this will let you privately message a user. This is useful for checking to see who is AFK to see if they need to be moved to spectator mode. It is also useful for communicating when handling a report.
The next section is the "Fun" section.
There are 2 commands which both do the same thing.
There is "slay" and "sslay". They will both slay the user but the second one is silent. This is useful for if someone is RDMing continuously and needs to be punished.
The next section is the "Menus" section. This will allow you to bring up the motd or you can bring it up by typing !motd in chat.
The next section is the "Teleport" section.
The first command here is the "bring" command. It is self explanatory as it will bring the user to where you are.
The second command is the "goto" command. This will let you goto a user.
The third command is the "teleport" command. This will teleport the user to where your crosshair is pointing.
The last section is the "Utility" section.
The only command you will use here is the "kick" command. This allows you to kick someone off the server.
That is all of your commands in the ulx menu.
The next menu you will use is the F6 menu. In this menu you can check people's punishments. You click the bar in the top right of the menu and select the player's name. If you want to check for someone who is offline. Just go into the same bar and click "Search" in here you can paste a STEAM ID and it will bring up the punishments they have.
The last menu you will use the report menu. Open this by typing "!reports" in chat. This will show the reports made by users. To handle one click on the one that should be coloured green and then "Handle report". After this you can then deal with the situations through "psay" etc and see who is reported for what reason.
The last thing I would say is that there is a meeting every Sunday at 08:30pm UK time. It is not compulsory but you will get to vote on new Moderators so it is worth going.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
Firstly it is the experience of being a staff member. I currently hold a position on the SSRP servers and have been staff on many other servers. On these servers I have been Moderator, Admin and Super Admin twice. This therefore shows trust and dedication towards each community and its members.
I think I should also be promoted because of my activity. I know I have been away for 1 week on holiday, but if you look at my activity before that you can see I was active. I have not yet attended a Murder staff meeting, however have been to an SSRP meeting and will have been to two of these meetings and one Murder meeting by the time the Admin meeting comes around. (Please take this into consideration when giving feedback!)
As a Moderator on Murder you get to have access to the slightly more basic commands compared to Admin, but you can still keep the server going with the right use of them. I have learnt in my time of being Moderator the commands and the rules better than before and think I am very much ready for the next rank. I am also quite consistently one of the only staff members online and this means that if there are any major rule breakers I cannot ban them unless I get an Admin+ online, so if I did receive this promotion I can help the server more to reduce the broken rules.
Extra Information:
I am 15 years old and am mature but am very willing to have fun wherever possible! I enjoy the server and think it is the most fun and unique Murder server I have played on and want to support it wherever I can.
