Story: I was trying to test out what my Tac. Insert looked like when I placed it down, but when I placed it down (next to the pond in Rich District) it just fell through the map. I was quite annoyed, as I had only just bought the Tac. Insert. After I had died I respawned and I was under the map... I looked down and I was on my Tac. Insert. I immediately called an admin to bring me to the top of the map (Quakhead) and explained the story to him. He told me to make a refund request (hence why I'm here).
