I'm not on Teamspeak often because i dont talk. Instead i got many of the Staffs on steam and write with them there or Ingame.

Still, a good interaction with the staff team outside of the game should be needed - as an ex-HA I figured you knew that. It's one of the many factors the Lead Team looks at when someone applies for Super Admin. I understand you don't talk, but even just being in a spacer with the rest of the staff team is enough to make everyone know you're there.

Steam doesn't count as interaction outside of the game? and I'm not going to a Spacer with the other staffs because i feel a bit uncomfortable when everyone talks and i have to write and i can still Improve that if i get SA

How do you think I feel when I have to type while everyone else talks?
