I have only seen you on TeamSpeak once or twice since you returned. I feel like you should spend more time talking to the staff team and interacting with the others before getting a LeadTeam position on the server. Another two weeks of consistent activity - both in the game and on TeamSpeak - should be perfect in my honest opinion.
