Surf Related
Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time:
I would either link them to a surf teaching video or attempt to teach them first hand through voice chat, chat, spectating or guiding.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
I would give them a chat or verbal warning if ignored i would further to a gag/mute for 5 minutes if further more carried on i would mute/gag for a further more 10 minutes if also carried on i would extend to a kick or ban for a respectfull time.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
depending what the expoit is for example map exploit i would warn telling to not use trying to avoid other players to see, then report it to admin or higher staff, if record is already present i would ban for a certain time and report still.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I feel i should be chosen because i am a very respected person in the surf community and have very much experience with surfing and being admin/staff i know my binds and know how to deal with certain situations, I also think i should be chosen because I am very active and will not abuse the given permissions for my own benifit however for others benifits and to improve the surfing enviroment for newbies to the server and make it a much more social and friendly place overall.
