I've looked at the evidence and the user will be spoken to, but will not recieve a warning. When looking at it, it does seem like the user was RDMing him constantly and your video doesn't provide the full story. He only tried protecting himself, though he had the chance to run away, but rather used it to put one more cage on the player. I see this more as a self defence move, but still cannot be tolerated.
