I had an argument with one of the super admins regarding this. I warned a guy for rdm when I walked by and he shot me. Well the rules forbid him from not doing it and if the police are running after you with battons it's obvious. Though I stick with my side that it must be clear they're trying to arrest you, before you shoot them. Though when looking at it's very hard for gangsters to avoid this... There has to be a change in the rules regarding this as crims are defenseless.
