Here's exactly what happened. Completely honest as I'm already in everyone's shit-list anyways:

I tped to you for an f1 about RDM. You were in your car so I teleported back to the f1 roof and tped you there. (Which I admit I should have asked you first) You then proceeded to walk off the roof. This is normal considering I thought it might have been an accident. I tped you back and grabbed you with my phisicsgun. You said, "Don't Bring me to a (Fucking) Sit without My Permission!" And proceeded to leave WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. (Extremely Hypocritical, not gonna lie) When I brought you back for a final time, You attempted to kill me while in a sit. Fortunately, I was in god mode while handling the sit. You were then banned for 1 hour for "Attempted RDM In Sit." I don't understand what I did wrong.

EDIT: Our stories pretty much match up except you were more aggressive and you NEVER politely asked for "5 mins." Shooting at a staff member for any reason in a sit is very unacceptable.

EDIT2: Also, I'm very new as an admin, and still sort of new a mod. So please go easy on me when I bring you to a sit. (I've only been staff for <2 months probably)

EDIT3: Also, you should be unbanned right about now.
