Okay for lead team it is compulsory, so can you honestly tell me now you haven't missed a meeting for whatever reason, as you do not know the reasons Jim Jam could've missed the meetings, if you notice he doesn't want to be in the meeting why not pull him into a spacer and try to talk to him about it and get him to come to it as Head admins+ you guys should be thinking of things like this to do, as it is your job to look out for (your) staff team.
