I've spoken to Fred over multiple occasions - some good some bad - and it has shown to me that he is without a doubt a good candidate for SA.

Keep in mind that when you're on Teamspeak to talk to as many staff members as possible, including Lead Team members. You need to be in good contact with as many people as possible and have to work together with people, and thus good standings with the people that would otherwise be your colleagues is extremely important.

So just active on Teamspeak isn't enough if you don't talk to people, and I feel like I more often than not see you in your own spacer rather than discussing things with people.

And keep in mind that SSRP has been getting a lot of Lead Team members as of late. Another one would perhaps make it a little crowded.

These are the only things that I know could hold you back, but I know for a fact you deserve this.
