Ban Request: Double RDA and suicide abuse.

I've reviewed the evidence and due to his warning record, he's going to serve a 2 week ban. The user has a recekless attitude towards the rules and I see no reason why not to ban him. He clearly is a minge and has no intention to even play by the mechanics of it, not to speak of the rules.
