I do not want to be mean, but while I was trying to deal with an f1 you thought speaking to me about the rating of your application was more important than the f1 itself.. You were not patient. I will give you props for being nice, but that doesn't change the fact. Your English also isn't good to the point that it's very understandable and for a staff member communication is the most important thing at least what I understood from you talking (If this is not true, then we had communication issues there due to the lack of English knowledge). You also do not know how the system works as you think you'll either get admin or moderator from this application. Look, you must spend more time on these things before rushing them. I really didn't want to be mean about it, but just saying these are the facts.
